The Logo That Started It All

This is the original Iron Tanks logo I created in my bedroom in 2010 while living in my family home.

When I look at this logo, I am flooded with nostalgia.

It takes me back to a time of great uncertainty and doubt, as well as inspiration, excitement, and frustration.

Looking back, I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into or what I was doing.

Iron Tanks was started with $500 and an idea.

All I could do was put my head down and put in the work.

I don’t know how many hours I spent in that bedroom; it was many, most of them in full isolation.

But it was up to me to make things happen—day after day, week after week, brick by brick.

Along the way, there were mistakes, failures, and successes.

Many lessons have been learned, and many are still being learned.

I plan to share more of this journey in the weeks and months ahead and hope it will be of value to you.
